Came to USA: 1999 (11 years old)
School from : 1999 to 2003
I have proof from: 2007 to 2014
I never left the country
I an 25 years old
Enroll in a GED program
Proof for June 15, 2007

I wan to apply, I did not apply before because I was afraid I didn't qualify. I went to see a immigration lawyer and he told me my criminal record was okay and I do qualify. Now, because I have a criminal record they want to charge me from $1,500 to $2,000 money that I don't have.I want to do the app myself and I was wondering

do I have to prove every year since I came to the USA including 2004, 2005, and 2006?
or is it okay if I just prove from 2007 to 2014?

I would send in as much proofs as possible, its what I did and it worked out fine (And I have been in the USA 20+ years, so imagine the amount of paperwork, lol)

And as for immigration fees, I would never pay $1500-$2000 or any money to any lawyer to apply for DACA, but you said you have a criminal record, so I am not sure in your case.

I went to see two lawyers that give free consultations and they told me my criminal record will not affect me.

Check around and see if there's still local Daca advise in your area, it usually offered by local dream act support groups.

what crime did you commit

If you have the money, spend it. If you don't, put that GED to good use and send in the application and see what happens. What's the worst that can happen? You'll be back on the same boat.
