Is it safe to travel using your passport?

Yes it's definitely safe.. I've traveled a lot of places.. Las Vegas.. Los Angeles.. you name it.. you dont even have to show your passport. you just need to show any form of ID. Don't worry. it's safe!!

If he/she is asking if its safe to use a passport, chances are they don't have an USA ID to use

Yea my mother doesn't have an USA Id that's why I am asking. I'm Afraid they asking about a visa or a I-94 record.

It's okay. I dont have US ID so I used my country's passport as well. they dont look at anything. they only look at ur picture and identity.
