DACA Renewal Info Updated: June 5, 2014 - Page 79

Quick question pertaining to part 3 of form i-821d. But did anyone filled out part 3 of the form? Just wanted to know before I send mine off.

Okay so my turn to renew the DACA and i765 I have one question before I mail mine out. I had a wreckless driving when I initially applied for the card. I got approved now this time on I821D Part 4 it says have you ever been arrested do I put check the "yes" box? And do I need to send them the court paper again? Please help any help is greatly appreciated

I recently sent my app for renewal and I also had a situation with an arrest. I did check the box 'yes' for the renewal. In the additional information section I copied what was written in the initial app and noted that all documentation was already provided.

Per the DACA renewal instructions only new docs pertaining to new arrests/charges/etc are to be submitted with your app if they occurred after your initial DACA approval.

For i765 WS, the question regarding assets. I bought a used car last November that is valued at $15,000. Does the car count as an asset?

On i765 question 16 it says to choose you category which would be c33 but it has three individual parentheses. Do i choose (c) (3) (3). Is that the correct format?

When I saw the individual parentheses, at first i thought I was suppose to put c33 in each parentheses like (c33) (c33) (c33) but that didn't make sense. thanks lc4l
