THANK YOU! im sorry your still waiting usually if you have criminal or immigration deportation record it usually takes abit longer to be approved because they have to go back and look for those papers ect. youll be approved soon! GOOD LUCK!!!!

do you know when my DACA will be approved? its still on case was received? i need the i797C for DACA when i get my State ID in Atlanta GA.

Ohh i guess it's different overe there in GA. The approval notice should follow in a few days.

Here in CA, we only show our SSN card and EAD to get a drivers license.

Makes no sense for GA DMV to ask for approval notice to issue a DL since the EAD card is physical proof of approval/work authorization.

It even says on that damn paper it cannot be used as ID nor confirms your legal status. It makes no god damn sense !!!

Yeah I wish it was like CA. Did you get your I-821D approval letter? How long did it take you?
