Ooh wow.. Hopefully i dont need to send in more evidence.. That does worry me a little bit.. I had a pretty good lawyer though and she said i should be good.. Fingers crossed..

A lawyer did my first application. He assured me 100% approval. It took almost 2 years to get denied. Called the lawyer no answers only thing the secretary would tell me is that I needed to wait and that there wasn't anything they can do but wait.. After all this and that with the lawyer I decided to apply for myself this time around thanks to many in these forums that they were able to do it themselves and got approved. I asked questions and those were answered made my application much easier.... But hey Good luck to you, hope everything goes smoothly for you, if you have all evidence and the school requirements you should be fine, so don't worry and just wait til you get an answer from uscis, I know how the wait could turn into a very desperate thing but just keep your self busy with work or school and when you least expect it you will have your approval...

I hope so... Ive been trying to find people who applied around the same time as me and who also got sent to the california center.. Thas how i stumbled across this page cant seem to find much on google

when did they mail your EAD card? i haven't received mine.....the last update i got said that my card was mailed to me on 12/23/2014 but i haven't received it and i haven't got a update about my tracking number either.....hopefully i get it tomorrow im hoping it was abit delayed due to the holidays.

What was the reason for your denial ?

I haven't received anything from them at all, so I don't know. I'm going to call them tomorrow though.

You haven't gotten any case updates about your EAD card being mailed to you? Have you atleast received your approval letters? (I-821D, I-765) I got my approval letters but I haven't gotten my EAD card in the mail yet I hope it's not lost, I'm really hoping it's in my mailbox tomorrow. I wish they would give me an update with my tracking number so I can see where it is right now :-/ I'll call tomorrow early in the morning and ask if they have a tracking number for my EAD Card. Keep me updated!

no, I never got anything by mail from them. It has always been returned.

so i called uscis and it turns out my card was sent already and returned!!! they didnt even give a notice or anything by email! I gave them a rep address, apparently they can't deliver it to me. They haven't figured that out! It's so frustrating
I expect them to fuck this up too.
