I called today and asked for a level 2 rep. They keep tellin me my case is under normal processing time but he website shows 3.5 months. So the level 2 rep. told me they can ask for information regarding my case to the Nebraska service center and I would receive an answer about what was going on in 2 weeks. Ugh I'm tired of this crap.

That's unfortunate man. I feel like they give very inconsistent answers to people. According to my expedite request I should hear something today... I hope...

Yes they are. They claim that they are processed in the order they are received but they also claim that it's done based on individual cases. Other reps have told me that they are working in apps received on July 20th. Others tell me that I have to wait another 30 days each week I call. Lol

Keep me posted once you receive an answer!

Guys, quick question. Is there a trend as to what time is the USCIS updating its website when it comes to the status of our cases? is it morning? or by the end of the day?

Well level 1 rep wasn't helpful told me I can't expedite and doesn't know why someone would then denied me from speaking to a level 2 rep and toldnme try again another day. I called right back and a lady told me I could at 4... Sigh. Told me once again that local offices offer temporary eads yet when I went in they told me they got that power taken away and he argued with me that that's not true...

Well..apparently my expedite request got denied. Put in another service request so now I have two pending, I expire tomorrow. My sister got approved in month and doesn't expire until February. L1 reps are useless. I managed to speak to a L2 rep and she put in the second request for me hoping that someone moves on my case, she was very understanding and doesn't understand herself how they can let me expire and renew someone that doesn't currently need it.

That blows. Did they tell you why you were denied for expedite? My sisters sent their app in early October and got their EADs October 30. Yes both at the same time.

Holy crap I just looked and one of the apps that was received on August 26 was approved Dec 24. At this point I think they want me to wait because I have bugged them so much

Have you contacted your congressman or ombudsman?

They simply said they don't allow expediting of our renewals...Yeah I'm praying for tomorrow or something. I've seen people get approved the day before, the day of, and the day after so I'm just praying I'm one of those. Otherwise I've already sent emails to the NILC and to three DHS attorneys with my Ombudsman case # that I filed on 12/10/14. Really praying I don't end up still waiting a month from now -_- I'll be so broke :/
