I told the guy that the Stamp is put on here by immigration and he insisted no, so he was on the phone with someone for a long long time around 40 minutes, hung up and waited. Then he said there was a mistake with my A# so I was like wtf that's when I showed him a copy of my EAD and showed him the A# there and on the Ap document were the same. Then he talked to someone on the phone again, then he finally checked in my bags and gave me my boarding pass. When I was about to board the actual plane they asked again for passport and visa and I just showed the ap and the lady checking let me right in with no issues. Make copies of the AP document because the airline rep did keep one. Also take copies of everything (EAD, 821D aproval, id, marriage certificate) just in case.

Hello everyone I have been reading advanced parole stories and their success in reentering the U.S. I got so motivated and have asked my family members to help me out with all the documents I'll be needing. My daca was approved for the 2nd time in December 2014. I want to travel to Mexico this June to visit my grandma. My reason would be humanitarian because my grandpa passes away September 2013 and my grandma has been getting sick or depressed often. So I want to go spend some time with her and let her know we're here for her. She hasn't seen my dad in 20 years. My dad sends her money every month and we always call to say hi. So we know our grandma just by listening to her. If you have traveled with advanced parole please help me out.

Do not take this the wrong way but I don't think you would qualify for AP under Humanitarian reason's, Just because you wanna see your grandma because she is depressed or gets a common illness (cold, flu, ect ect) wouldn't be a humanitarian reason, she has to be VERY SICK or have some type of Terminal illness (cancer, ect ect) or having some type of major surgery and also have proof from a Doctor that she has any of the above illnesses, These are some ways to get approved for AP under humanitarian reason's. Go seek a immigration lawyer for better advice and to also get a better answer weither or not your eligible for AP based under Humanitarian reason's. Good luck

14: Parolee
15:
If the parole is still valid then Parolee. Otherwise No Lawful Status.

Oh sorry I forgot to mention she is having hip surgery in June. Her doctor sent me a letter requesting my presence to help her post surgery. I live in a very small town in Virginia and in order for me to get a lawyer to help I would have to travel out. I have done all of my Daca applications and renewal all by myself and haven't had a problem. It seems easy for the AP. I have the application, money order, her birth certificate, my grandpas death certificate, my dads birth certificate, and mine to prove they are my dads parents. I have a letter from my job stating that I only work 10 months.( I get my summers off because I work at a school.) I'm also attaching my job description and a copy of my badge. I have the doctor's letter and everything is translated to English signed my a someone who is fluent in both languages(English and Spanish). I haven't sent anything yet. Is there something I'm missing? or am I ready to send. I want to travel in June and request the whole month. Please help and thanks for answering me.
