Ombudsman response:

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Ombudsman's Office has reviewed your submission and contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regarding your case.

Please be advised that USCIS does not expedite DACA cases and that it may take up to 60 days to receive a response to our inquiry. We will notify you when we receive information from USCIS.

I called the USCIS to expedite my case regarding school. Hopefully they give a shit this time because if they don't not only I lost my job but can't go to school.

When were you able to place a service request? I am at 4.5 months since they received my app and the website still says that it is still under normal processing time. Haven't been fired but definitely wont be getting paid until it gets renewed.

Look at the stupid shit the USCIS sent me.

NSC is closely monitoring the expiration dates of initial I-821d Employment Authorization cards. We are working the renewals in the order of previous card expiration. There is no authorization to allow expedited processing of the renewals. However, if your card is a few days away from expiring and your case was filed at least four months prior we will review the case to ensure it is in the proper placement. You must also have attended your biometrics appointment at the ASC office.
