DACA renewal advice

I'm in the process of renewing my DACA. I entered the USA for the first time in 94 with a visa. My second entry was in 01 without inspection. On my first application for DACA I put that information. My question is, on the renewal of the I-765 should I just put that my first entry was on 94 with visa? or should I put the same information that I put on my first application, that was in 01 without inspection?

The same thing.

Changing it would just raise questions.

yeah put the same info. I sent my renewal one month off of my initial entry. I remember I put may of '98 on my initial application and for some reason I thought it was April of 98' when I did my renewal then I thought back real hard and I'm sure I put may of '98 on the initial one. even though it was EWI I hope I dont get RFE'd but I dont think a month is THAT crucial but just for keeping things on the dot put all the same info as you did on the first one.
