Name was updated?

Happy new year lads!

I hope everyone is doing ok. Well, after I sent in my DACA renewals, after having waited for a longgggg time, I checked my case status, and it says 'Name was updated". Thing is, I never EVER changed my name. Matter of fact, I didn't change anything.

So, why would it say my name was updated on my work authorization ? Does this mean am approved?

It means you might be approved or get a RFE....

it means that a Case officer touched your case and is working on it, you may get approved or get issued a RFE very soon. good luck

ive actually given up on being approved any time soon. Am tired of checking my email and status update every now and then. I'll just live life until then.

My name was updated on NYE and other than that, there have been no other updates either.. Mine expires in like a week and a half.. :/ The first time I applied, my name was updated and I was approved the next day. I was hoping it would be the same..

Bjometrics done 11/26 and name updated late December. Today is 1/17/2015 and Nothing since... getting worried here.
