have you guys had diffculty getting jobs with a EAD? they're isnt a way they wont hire because of it right?

Me and you have almost the same time line my bios where on 10-08-14 as well. Last month I got my advance parole and went to mexico. Thanks to that I applied for my green card recently. I applied through marriage with my wife. I'll keep you updated and good luck.

Now still pending approval.... its been 5 months... IDK WHAT TO DO. Mine is at the at the Texas center.

what does service request mean?

Called today USCIS today. Apparently they are working on applications received August 16 as of their last update (they update every month, last month it was July 26 I think).

sent 11/18 - 75 days before expiration
Sent to AZ regular USPS mail
Forwarded to Nebraska center
biometrics 12/19 no walk in allowed
approved 1/20 - 12 days before expiration o_o

Congrats that's awesome , I feel like when you send it 150!days before they toss your application to the side since you have so much time until expiration and they want to approve you a month or less prior to the ead expiring n maybe that' why it may take longer they might forget to go back to it .. it sort of seems those who sent it around 10o days or so are at a better stand point. But don't quote me on that just my thoughts

I sent mine around 140 days and I got approved about a month before expiration.

Nebraska. Just showing that it's probably just random. I don't think they delay it if you send it 140-150 days. Although it took longer for my renewal opposed to my initial application even though the renewal was a lot more simple. Last time I was with Vermont.
