Official DACA RENEWAL Process Time Thread! - Page 136

Been waiting on Nebraska for almost 5 months. And I've been without DACA for over 2 months.

I'm a bit confused as to what my case status means. When I go to check the status it's different from the first time I applied to DACA years ago, it doesn't have the blue line of circles with descriptions at the bottom.

All I see right now is " YOUR DOCUMENT HAS BEEN MAILED. We mailed your form I-821D..Receipt Number ************"
-- I have done my biometrics about 2 weeks ago but I haven't seen any changes. What does that status mean??

It won't change until a decision on your case is made. My says the sane thing since 09-15-2014. So don't panic they are not that great updating each case.

did you email the service center? or file a ombudsman? or contact your state representative?

I have been approved today . I had to check the website cuz they didnt send me an email nor a text msg

I'm approved! finally. It says I was approved on the 21st. I did contact my congressman but I faxed the consent form on the 20th, don't know if he pulled some strings cuz that was darn fast. My stats are below. I'll keep those who are waiting in my prayers, the anxiety is awful.

Expired: Jan 3
Approved: Jan 21st

I'm a big gnarly procrastinator. I completely forgot about my status in this country. My work permit expires at the end of February but I'm not worried about that cause I have my own company. My driver license doesn't expire until 2017 so that doesn't worry me either. But just the fact that my daca expires and I'm no longer legal here /: it kills. I already sent the package this week, did it all by myself this time. I got like 20 text messages and emails today saying It was received blah blah blah. They spammed the crap out of my email and phone. Hopefully it doesn't take that long if it does, oh well.

Hi, he's a democratic senator (that helps). I emailed him and told him my situation. I'm a medical student and I work online as a teacher to pay for school so I needed to keep my job, it's the only one that's works well with my school schedule. Don't know if that made a difference. I made sure not to sound demanding though.
