Mine is about to expire on April. I'm preparing myself to find another job as I'm losing hope that it would get approve on time. I really like my job now but nothing I can do. I'm a CPA in a private firm. Although worrying about it won't do me good. At least I have a good qualification on finding a new one.

My suggestion is , get your higher education and pursue licensing and even go for masters. In case you lose your current job due to expired EAD, once you received the new one, you have a better shot of finding a new opportunity.

My work permit expired on 1/31/14
I was terminated instantly.
Human resources say they'll rehire me as soon as I get my new permit.
My timeline is below
I still haven't been approved. Nothing has changed.

So even 4 months was not enough for USCIS to completely review your application, yikes!

Nothing has changed on your status case? Approved? Card in production? Nothing?

I began a thread about writing to the White House regarding this matter . I did it my self (sent an e-mail).

Well, guess what, some brown nosing fellow dacamented got on my face that I was ungrateful. That I should be happy about daca and not complain about anything.

To me that sounded more like a repub. daca recipient who hates himself for taking advantage of a democratic initiative.

Anyhow, if you care to write to the white house regarding this matter (again, I did) here is the link:

Yes, take action. Doesn't make you an ungrateful this and that as some other dacamented labeled me.
