Now I'm approved how can I get my passport back from ICE Custody?
They have it since 2009 when I had deportation order for not going to court master hearing.

Which online high school did you go to? how long was it before you got and RFE for you online high school diploma and how long did it take them to deny you? do you have past record? Congratulations brother!

It took them 18 months to REF me and I had final order of deportation in 2009.

If have used online diploma go to department of education find see if your school listed if not start taking GED. good luck buddy.
