Filling out my Renewal DACA have some Questions.

I looked around but couldn't really find the answer to this questions any help is welcomed.

Okay first for form I-821D:

1. Do I need to include page 8 if I did it myself.
2. Do I really need to put N/A on everything I don't fill in.
3. I cannot write on Apt# line with or without the box being checked.
4. Do I need passport pictures.

Now for the I-765:

1. Number 11 is asking for "Which USCIS Office" I put "WAC" and the
date my card was granted.

AND last but not least

2. Question 16 "Who May File Form I-765" It has 3 ( ) parenthesis so
how do I write it like this (c)(33) 0r (c)(3)(3).

Oh one last thing do I need to put the "A" on Question 10 or just
the Alien Registration Number.


Okay these are all my questions not very hard but I'm not sure if they are correct and I don't want to mess it up. Thank You to whomever can help me out with this in advanced, much appreciated.

1. Yes, include the whole application, meaning every page.
2. Yes, it is better to N/A everything that way the officer does not assume that you didn't wanted answer the question.
3. no sure
4. It is in the instructions that you must send the pictures, but is not a huge deal, unless the immigration officer is a D***

I-765
1. do not write WAC, am 100% is the California Service Center.
2. (c) (3) (3)
3. include the A
