Approval: N/A

Routed to Nebraska.

Sent to Chicago lock box 10/31/14 ( around 150 days early)
received 11/04/15
Biometrics 11/24/14
EAD Expires, 03/28/15

Sent to Nebraska lockbox (Which must be the slowest place)
Received 11/19/14
Biometrics done 12/12/14
EAD Expires 03/15/15

Just got a hired for a job with much much better pay than my last one. Freaking out a bit because my EAD expires in March.

Anyway here is my renewal timeline so far :
11/24/14 - Application received at Nebraska Service Center
12/30/2014 Biometrics appointment completed
Approval : Not yet.. !!
EAD expires 3/5/15

I passed up on a job with much better pay and benefits because i was scared my EAD wont
renew in time. Glad to hear you made that decision, wish i had your guts

Well I figure worst case scenario I will take a leave of absence for 1 month while I wait for my EAD. If this job denies me that then I can come back to my old job where they will definitely rehire me.

Best case scenario, I get it in time and wont have to worry about any of that, and I get to keep my better job.

Keeping my fingers crossed for all of us.

Any updates on your case?

I wish sure sending it a month early woud have gotten all of us March expiration approved already. My friend who sent it in a month early to a different facility was approved in a month. I wish i could know how their system works.
