Where to send application from California.

I don't know where to send my DACA application on their website it says

U.S Postal Service:

USCIS Phoenix Lockbox facility

USCIS
P.O.Box 20700
Phoenix, AZ 85036-0700

Or

USPS Express Mail/Courier

USCIS Phoenix Lockbox Facility

USCIS
Att: DACA
1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
Suite 100
Phoenix, AZ 85034

No one knows the answer for this one. I know it might seem dumb but since I'm doing it myself I don't want to make any mistakes and every little detail is making me nervous. It seems so simple that I can't choose which is right. Common people it will take less than a minute to answer this question.

What does the Att: DACA mean.

I m from California and I mailed my application for renewal to:

USCIS
P.O.Box 20700
Phoenix, AZ 85036-0700

It arrived in two days and now im awaiting my notice for my biometric appointment.

Biometrics: December 27th, 2012.
Approved: March 11th, 2013
SSN: 3/18/2013
CA ID: 3/26/2013

Both addresses lead to the same place being the Phoenix Lockbox. It all depends how you're sending your packet, if you send it via priority mail/regular mail (without the receiver needing to sign) you would send it to the first one. If you send it via express (with the receiver needing to sign) then you send it to the second one.

Even if you send it to one or the other, they will still receive it.

Edit: Attn: DACA gives the Lockbox officer notice that your packet is a DACA request

If you are using the courier USPS (United States Post Office), then you can send to either address.


If you are using FedEx, UPS, other anything other than USPS to ship your application, you cannot send to the P.O. Box address.
