Hello everyone. Happy to see that so many people are getting approved.

I have a quick question. Has anyone filled an e-service request due to your case being outside of normal processing time and received the following response: "The status of this service request is:
Service records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you haven’t received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at the number provided below."
Just wondering if anyone received such message, and how long after did a final response come?
Previous e-service responses for my case have always came with the response being that I hadn't cleared the background check yet.

Sorry I just had to repost because the comment after my post was an advertisement.

They told me they could not expedite the case since it's Daca. They can't do anything for Daca applications. We get the cold shoulder.

Did you receive the same exact response that I quoted? Or are you speaking about another matter?

How long ago did you receive that specific response? Has it been more than 60 days?

Have you also tried the outbundsmen (or however is spelled)? I tried both, though USCIS hasn't replied yet and the other one gives you a 45 day time frame to receive a response.

What angers me is the contradictory statements you get when calling customer service. Last week once they told me I'd get it by the end if the week. Called again and told me my application is one month behind in the process line.
