Lawwwd, Hello All-

I am shaking in my boots and very close to having a panic attack. Did any of you had inconsistencies in both of your I821D and your I765 and still got approved on your renewal???

In 2012 i hired an attorney to submit my I821D and I765. I am due for a renewal and so i did just that over the weekend(without an attorney). I filled everything out on my own like most of you did. I was told by my lawyer's office that i would receive a copy of the forms that were submitted the first time to keep for my records however, that never happened and i never followed up on it until right before i mailed out my renewal. I got tired of waiting for my copies and so i went on to file it on my own without thinking anything of it. That is until i got to question #12 on form I765 which asks "date of last entry" I couldn't remember what date my lawyer had used. I had left the US ones since my first entry as a child. I left for about a month in 2004, so that is the date that i put on the application. THIS IS WHERE IT ALL GOES WRONG! I finally got my copies from the lawyer's office of my initial applications and upon going through it, i noticed that my lawyer had used 8/1991 as "date of last entry" OH MY GAAAAA and i put down 6/2004 on my renewal application! Am i screwed??? will i be denied because of this inconsistency? not only that, i just realized that on question #16 again of form I765 "eligibility category" i put down (c) (3) (3) instead of (c) (33) ( ) like my lawyer did the first time, i am such an idiot! I also noticed that on my initial application there is only a difference of $2000 dollars between my "current annual income ''and "current annual expenses" and $0 under assets. On my renewal 765WS i have about $5000 difference between the two and i put down $3000 under my assets. Now i am worried that they might see it as i do not have a need for a work permit

I did not wanted to pass the 120 days mark to send in my renewal packet that is why i did not wait for the copies of my first applications. I would have rather being late on it and have it right than sent it in on time and it being wrong. Lord, i don't know what to do. Did any of you had this happened when filing on your own? I don't think i am going to be able to sleep for the next 4 months! what do i DO?!

The only concern I see is that 6/2004. Do you by chance have official records of these entries? and yeah (C)(33)() is another one..... you might get an rfe, or you might get straight up denied, if you're lucky it could just be an RFE

Please pardon my ignorance, i have seen people mentioning RFE here but i am not sure what it actually means? No, i do not have any record of either entry, they were both EWI. I am worried-sick right now. Do they actually look at both applications side by side?(i know this is hard to answer).

I just wonder, in the case of getting a denial, would i be able to re-apply right away or does any one know if there is a certain amount of time i need to wait in order to re-apply? . But if i re-apply i would just accumulate even more unlawful stay time or what ever USCIS calls it ones my work permit expires, LAwd Jayzuuuz help me!

What should i do in the case of an RFE, do you have any idea Dres2011?
