Hi! So i just found out about this website last night. I have some questions and maybe some of you that have been in this situation can help me! I applied and got approved for Daca on nov 2013. It expires nov.2015. I also got my social security and drivers license. I now want to apply for advance parole but im not sure if my humanitarian reasons are good enough to get approved. Im married to a U.S citizen but he hasnt petition me yet, i know the process is long and difficult because i entered the country illegally when i was 7. And i dont want to wait until i get my greencard to visit my grandparents in central america. They both have diabetes. My grandmother's leg was partially cut off last year due to that illness. And my grandfather is losing his vision. 2 years ago i lost my other grandfather due to alzheimer. Im afraid i wont see my grandparents again and it will be too late. Thanks!

You have a strong case for Advance Parole. If I were you, I would apply as soon as I can to visit them. It'll take up to 3 months for them to process your advance parole.

You can go ahead and read some of the stories by searching advance parole in the search bar in the lounge section.

Best of luck! And welcome to the forum!
