Hi everyone!

My boyfriend and I are planning to marry late this spring. Does anyone know of any immigration attorneys they recommend in the Orange County, CA area?

We have been browsing online, reading client reviews and such, but I thought I could ask here to see if any of you can make any recommendations!

Please let me know if you do or if you have any stories or advice you'd like to share!

Thanks. : )

So you're getting marrying and right away you're gonna try to fix your status?.

Don't you have to wait some time or something or can you immediately do it.

Sure, why not? It still takes 2 years to be in the clear and with 50% of marriages failing anyway (sorry OP, I'm sure yours will be great), why waste time?

That I have read, there isn't a minimum requirement in regards to how long you have to be married to apply. Bear in mind the key word there is "apply" because applying doesn't really guarantee anything.

As for me, no, I am not doing this immediately. There are still many things I need to do, but I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone can recommend an attorney, as that is one of the things I have to do.
