also what's new in the instruction, i don't see anything about order of documents to turn in when filling or cover letter.

We will begin accepting requests for expanded DACA on February 18, 2015. To help you prepare, we have updated some of our resources for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA):

Frequently Asked Questions
Form I-821D Instructions (PDF)

We will post the revised form soon.

Please note, the FAQs and form instructions are not effective until Feb. 18, 2015.

Visit uscis.gov/immigrationaction or uscis.gov/accionmigratoria to learn more about expanded DACA.

Some things a man has to figure out for himself, or ask his lawyer. It's like a book report I'd imagine so just use the most logical way.

Is Feb 18 only for those who are renewing DACA or it is for new applicants as well?

I don't know why people are not clear about this. The original DACA was for Dreamers younger than 30. On Feb 18, it will remove that age limit and those over 30 can also start applying. That's it.

and lengthen the renewable deferral period to three years

So those renewing after March are going to qualify for three years renewal instead of two?

I'm. Guessing that they might post the new form tomorrow or tuesday. Not sure if USCIS works on Saturdays. Monday is a holiday if I am correct
