From all the places I have read it does not affect the 2012 daca. Just the expansion on 11/20 some places contradict whether it is only for DAPA or the changes on daca also.

The Obama administration will appeal to the 5th Circuit Appeal Court and they will stop the injunction placed by the federal judge in Texas. Watch

Yes, that what is says in the article. I really don't think the expanded DACA/DAPA will delay or not happen.

I mean, c'mon, we are one day away from this!

USCIS still stays Feb 18th.

I guess it is just for attention?

Kinda like how House passed the bill about block the E.O?

I believe the original DACA is safe for now. The lawsuit is only challenging the new programs. Check this video out, minute 5:00

That is correct, that's what the injunction states.

This made me nervous being that I'm still waiting on my case to be updated, I sent my renewal November 4th. And my permit expired 2/14 (great valentine's day gift) they don't want us doing good

Omg I know a few people who were waiting for this new program to start, this is sad, it's like a kick in the face. I don't understand how the same political party who supposedly knows the word of GOD so well, has so many members filled with so much hate.
