Update: Due to a federal court order, USCIS will not begin accepting requests for the expansion of DACA on February 18 as originally planned. The court's temporary injunction, issued February 16, does not affect the existing DACA. Individuals may continue to come forward and request an initial grant of DACA or renewal of DACA under the guidelines established in 2012 and discussed below. Please check back for updates.

so, people who are not

1. Were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012

can't no longer apply????

which form do they use if we can still apply old one still?

don't worry, Original dreamers can still continue to apply and renew, this doesn't affect you if you initially qualified for DACA. This only affects the new Expanded DACA for older dreamers and DAPA application

This republican move makes me wonder whether they will try to use this tactic on the original DACA

Today I sent my papers for renewal. Does anyone know if we get renewed by 2 or 3 years? With recent events im not so sure. All I know is that some people already received their renewal by 3 years.

Think about it - if Obama expansion said that 2 turns into 3 years.... and this judge came and froze this, do you think it will be 2 or 3
