The approval letter says 3 years?

Wow I was under the impression the 3 years don't go into affect until late spring or early summer. Let's see what happens when I receive mine.

Hey Pianoswithoutfaith, how have you been?

I just read on this article that as of February 18th, 2015 it has changed to 3 years.

Do you not own a TV, computer, radio, or cell phone device? Did you not hear that the Republicans put an injunction on the executive order that expanded that from 2 to 3 years?

Listen, adding 3 years was part of the expansion of DACA, its under DACA expanded (for older dreamers and parents of USCs), if that judged stop this MEMO (NOT EXECUTIVE ORDER) it means that all of that is halted

For the last 2 weeks, everything on this website has been regarding the court in Texas putting an injunction on the November executive orders. Did you just stop reading after you thought you were going to get your extra year and just now found out or care about the executive order because it applies to you in a minor way?

By the way, my guess is that those who got the 3 years will likely get an updated card with 2 years.

It's a mistake on USCIS' part. Call the national number for guidance for getting a new one
