@Zalmoxe... She did everything humanly possible. She called constantly, she finally got a rep about 3 wks ago who put in a service request for her. She tried the ombudsman, she even had a infopass appt last week. It's really hard to say what actually helped. They probably just got fed up with all the calls and just said " please give this girl her renewal so she will stop calling"!! Lol... All I saw kids is use every resource available to you. You may think it's pointless at times...but don't give up!! Good luck to the rest of you that are still waiting... It is coming!!

I'm so down in the dumps! all these approvals and my EAD just expired on the 5th. I let my boss know it was delayed they said it was fine. So hopefully I get approved soon but idk. Anyone still working with an expired EAD?

Do you have your timeline? I too, am obsessed with the case status online. I check all day non stop. Mine says my name was updated but that's all. Nothing else.

I've been working for Apple for a year and a half and my EAD is set to expire April 4th. Getting terminated if my renewal doesn't come in time will be devastating.

Yeah I know what you mean I been working for Ultimate Software for 2 years!! I got the job soon as I got approved. Mine expires on 04/10 I sent my app on 12/17 did bio on 01/26 I hope I get approve soon....I called Congress man somoene reached out to USCIS, but they said she is still in time fram I'm going to call congress person next week!!! and call USCIS next week as well.

Went to my local uscis office and it was closed. Just my luck. 4 more days till dooms day. Forgot to post my timeline.

They received my case: November 14,2014
Biometrics: December 12,2014
Expiration date :March 10,2015

Have you tried calling customer service and letting them know you have expired and you want to check your case status, good luck my friend

My lawyer filed my renewal so I dont have any files to attach since she has all my documents.
