I AM UP FOR RENEWAL THIS WEEK AND LAST WEEK I LOST MY WALLET WITH MY EAD CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really hope I don't need to apply for a new one first then apply for renewal of DECA

Ok, so now I am kind of freaking out!! All my paper work is ready to be mailed but I am worried that without a copy of my EAD card they will deny or send back my application until I get a replacement card. This will put me back double the $405 if they do require a replacement card of the old card that is due to expire in less that 4 months anyways.
Does anyone have any input on this?
Did anyone not send a copy of their EAD card?

Surely they have a copy of what they issued. I am planning on sending a copy of my state issued driver's license and the approval letter the EAD card was sent in.

Hello everyone,
I've had a close to hellish experience with my daca renewal. My application was received on 10/10.. when I went in for my Biometrics appointment there was a USCIS error and the code they're supposed to scan wasn't read.. when I called to reschedule they said in 60 days a new bio appointment would be sent. Well I called today 1/15 after the reschedule request was sent on 11/11.. now over 60 days.. now they're telling me it should arrive in an additional 15 days.
Has anyone had issues with a rescheduling of biometrics? if so, how did it affect your processing time?
ALSO:
Has anyone who filed in October received a renewal? My application is being processed at the texas center.
I'm scared I will loose my job, my Daca expired 12/17.. so I recently lost my benefits and have no income ):

Daca renewal received: 10/10/14
Biometrics: still pending..
Renewal:...
EAD:..

HELP!

I did. I sent mine yesterday. I sent my approval letter and 2 receipts. I should have added my id card. I did send 2 passport photos. It arrived this morning. I am hoping that will be enough. I am so upset to have put it in my wallet. Make copies back and front for anything in the future. I will

Hello guys Im not sure if I am posting in the right place. Im new to the forum. I have one critical question that I have not come across. I know some of us are waiting beyond the expiration date of our DACA for any update. I am exactly within a month of expiration. Nerve wrecking situation to be in, as Im sure most of you have gone through. My inquiry leads to post expiration options as far as employment. No need to beat around the bush here, bluntly put, what is the best option as far as SSN for employment while DACA is in process. I cannot stay without employment and my question is are many of you guys using the SSN from DACA to try and find employment or using a different one. My previous employer, smaller business, knew of my legal situation prior to my first daca approval. I am going to ask them if I can regain my old job, in case my daca is not renewed prior to my expiration date 4/7/15, and lose my current job. Do you guys suggest using the daca ssn or going around it another way? any feedback or similar stories please. Thank you guys

hi guys,
I'm new to this site. I'm in the similar situation as most of you. My EAD expired on 3/8/15. My renewal application was received on 11/07/14 and biometrics on 12/03/14. My case is pending at the Nebraska office. For those of you that had been approved and had their app. was processed in the same office, how long after your card expired did you received your renewal?

We have a similar timeline they received mine on the 6th of November and I did my bios on the 3rd of December too... My EAD expires on the 11th. No approval yet for me :/ such sucks lol
but maybe next week at least that's what Im hoping for... From what I've been reading here some are getting approved on the day of their expiration and some even a day or 2 after they expire. And some even a week before its just crazy in another site I read of someone getting approved after only 2 weeks after bios and his case was sent to Nebraska. I think its just luck....
