Two years or three years?

I got my I-821D approval notice today for renewal (no ead yet), and it says 3 years but on top of it says from 2015 to 2017, so is it two or three years?

It should be 2 years. The 3 years one was part of the November executive action which has been temporary put on hold. So we are back to 2 years.

Mine says the same thing..I think it's a typo. Too bad the typo wasn't on the EAD card.

Mine says the same thing also. Tomorrow my EAD should arrive. I guess I'll find out for sure then.

Thanks to that judge, it should now technically say 2 years since he blocked the November updates, so I am not sure if we are legal to work with that 3 year card because with my notice says 3 and so does my card. But I got it back in February
