Can you elaborate more about the "RFE" thing? What else did the letter tell you?

Mine expired this past Sunday. I completed an internship last summer and I already have an offer for a new one for this summer......I think I'm going to call and request an for my case to be expedited.

I haven't received the letter yet... case status online says request of evidence I'm so nervous I haven't seen or read anybody else getting a rfe I haven't done anything other then work at a school district as a custodian and gone out for for advanced perol

I got approved! I just checked like literally right now. It was a total random checking. I wasn't expecting an approval since I didn't receive an email or a text. I prayed so hard for this.

My app package was received on November 20 (transferred to Nebraska) went to finger prints on Dec 15, 2014 (California). My working permit expires on March 21, 2015 ( this Saturday >.<) I called customer service last Monday and they told me to wait.... after reading people's responses in the forum i learned that you can call customer service and ask to speak with a level 2 representative.
So today I called customer service again and the person told me the same thing (you just need to wait) I told him that i would like to speak to a level 2 representative and told me that the level 2 rep would tell me the same thing (just need to wait) I told him that i still wanted to speak to a level 2 rep. he finally transferred my call. I left my phone number and name and they returned my called after an hour and 20. The level 2 rep was really nice and helpful. She told me that it was really weird that i still have not gotten it ( i told her that i heard (read in this forum hehe) that many people who submitted their app at the beginning of the year already got theirs) She submitted an inquiry for both DACA/Work authorization. I also told her that i was worried since my working permit expires in 5 days and that my employer already asked me for a renewal. She told me that I could show my employer the I-797C stating that USCIS received my app and say that it is still pending. that would be enough until i get a response. oh i will get an inquiry response within 2 weeks from today ^_^ hopefully it gets approved soon!!!!

Hey guys, so yea I'm still waiting for my approval and nothing! Mine expires next tueaday, so sad. I don't know why is taking forever though, while others who sent it around the same time i did already got approved. Anyway, idk if anyone has done this but I start my new job this Sunday, well training. My manager called me a coupled of days ago and told me that if i can show her proof that my EAD is on way i can start training with everyone else like normal. The attorney that helped me with my papers said I can show them (my new job) the paper that says my case has been accepted and also my biometrics document (with the stamp). Has anyone done that at their jobs? Idk she told me to see what happened this week gosh I am freaking out. Like I know i'm going to get approved (i hope) i mean i havent done anything bad, but why is it taking forever ?

Sorry to hear that man... my license is expiring the same days as my DACA and EAD which is next saturday... it's gonna suck that I can't drive until I receive a new one and I can't guarantee I'll be able to keep my job too but hang in there man! it will come!

maybe since you went out on advanced parol they might ask you for evidence of why you went out of US thats my only guess! let us know how your case turns out because its the first time I've ever read about this... GOOD luck!

have you called to expedite you case??? I know thats they only thing i did and I think it really help!!! you should call! them and expedite if you can BOth or DACA it self
