My application was received an in process 104 days prior to its expiration. Does that does that my request to expedite has been denied and if so, should I request for the i-827d to be expedited as well?
I had updates similar to yours and i got approved 3 days after that i hope you get approve soon! good luck

I feel I am about to cry. My EAD expired yesterday and my case was received on Nov 3rd. I spoke to two level 2 representatives and they both told me they cannot expedite my case because "they can't expedite any DACA cases"?????? I don't understand this if some people here were able to get expedited it?? I am currently on leave from my job and I am scared to lose it.... I don't know what else to do I call everyday and they always tell me the same BS that's on the website. Someone please advice!!

Keep trying mine expired last Wednesday and I was completely torn down because the reps kept telling me there was nothing that can be done... On Friday I called and gave them the receipt number for my i765 and told the rep that my boss gave me a two week leave of absence and I had bills to pay and he put in a request for me and they approved mine on Monday.. So keep trying don't give up or keep tearing yourself down about it.

I have noticed you guys who applied during the holidays and early on are not getting approved in an appropriate manner. And the once who applied after the holidays and late are getting approved literally within 2 months

i-827d cannot be expedited, but you can submit a request to expedite your i765, even though it's contingent upon your i-827d approval.

I am not currently waiting on a renewal, but instead am a new applicant and my impression in dealing with USCIS it's that it's a totally subjective, arbitrary, random process. It's really the luck of the draw. When we (my husband and I) applied for our I601A our lawyers and we thought we had a very compelling case. Unfortunately, the person who read our packet did not and were denied. While we knew of cases with far less hardship that were approved unequivocally. Our I130 took 9 months and we read of a couples who took 3 months. There are DACA approvals here that took almost a year, whereas some took 3 months. I believe there is a system that they want to follow, but we have to understand that this is a process completely in the hands of humans which subjects it to a lot of variation.
