Hey guys, don't get too stress out, yes we all have jobs and that's the main reason we all worried. However, when i first applied, i gained like 20lbs because i was stress out since i sent my application the first time in September and got approved on April. I waited 8 long months, was not happy and got fat of stress, lol but I lost the weight. NOW

I SENT MY RENEWAL LIKE 97 DAYS PRIOR TO EXPIRATION, NOTICE NOT IN THE 120 WINDOW REQUIREMENT. AM WAITIG AND I WILL GET APPROVED, I HOPE BUT I WILL NOT STRESS OUT THIS TIME. READING THIS TIME LIME I GET ANXIETY LOL. DONT WORRY GUYS, EVERYONE WILL BE FINE.

EXPIRES: 04/28/2015
SENT: 01/23/2015
RECEIVED: 01/29/2015
BIOMETRIC APPOINMENT: 02/18/2015
RENEWAL: PENDING

i was set to expire in two weeks and i'm relieved for another 2 years. my job was bothering me about it since last month which was starting to give me anxiety. (i almost want to quit now that i have the updated one because the emails had such a patronizing tone ) doesn't help matters that the ink on my new card is kind of faded lmao but if anyone has any doubts just e-verify me binch

anyway i lucked out considering i sent mine with such short amount of time, it really boggles me how some of you guys have sent it so early and done things responsibly/timely and have yet to hear anything. i wonder what's going on in the centers. it's frustrating and makes me worried for the next time around if there will even be a next time of course

things are looking better for nebraska though i hope those waiting are approved soon!!!!
Congrats !
so your DACA is approved for 3 yrs and you EAD for 2 yrs?????

Just putting this here hoping someone can help me. I was wondering If there is anyway I can qualify for 245i because someday I want to be able to be legal also.

So here's my case: My dad came here around 1997. My uncle sponsored him and he was approved for H1B1 from 1997-2000 and he was able to renew that again. He was "physically" present here in the US on December 21, 2000. Does this mean he qualifies fro 245i?

I know I should go to a lawyer but we really don't have the money for consultation fees. Hopefully someone can help me!

if he applied before april 2001, he qualifies (for the special law that was given in 2001). If he entered the country illegally (without a visa) he will be sent to country of origin to get his green card. My aunt was sent back and she waited for like a year in the old country. I know that there are organizations that give free consultations. you should talk to a lawyer. Also, dont wait!!!! I was in my mom's petition, but since I turned 21, I couldnt be in her case anymore and now i have to wait another 7 years.

He did apply way before April 1, 2001. My dad was here 1997 and my uncle petitioned him for a labor certification H1B. He was approved for his H1B on Nov. 15, 1997 until Nov. 14, 2000.

So training at my new job starts this Sunday, and anyway I was reading on the UCSIS that employers can't accept receipts (the one that says your case has been received). But my attorney says I can show that to them while I still wait to be approved. HAS ANYONE that was waiting to be approved showed ther receipts to their employer? If yes please tell me how it went!!! That's the only thing I'm freaking out about loosing my job!

Hello guys , I am very happy for those who were already approved I can just imagine getting that load taken off your shoulders. Lol . My i821d and i765 were sent received December 3rd and all I recieved was my biometrics appointment which I completed Jan 3rd 2015 . My case is being processed at Nebraska and I pray everyday that I get approved already lol. My EAD expired on March 4th 2015 and my job kept sending me emails to update my i9 with my new ead card . I've read up on a lot of posts online and decided to fill out the i9 with my receipt . Some lady from HR called to tell me that a receipt number is not sufficient enough unless it says approved (bad luck). 😔 I was suspended without pay and I have until April 4.2015 to give them my new EAD card or I would get TERMINATED . 😔 I hope I recieve everything on time I love my job and my co workers , keep me in your prayers guys 😊

Did you try to see if you can expedite your i765 and explain your situation to them? I was under the same boat and I called and the rep put in a request for me.. Will keep you in my prayers
