Mine was approved 5 days after it expired .. good luck!

Give it another week. Most of us were in the same shoes as yours because we had expired cards for a few days. Call USCIS and submit a request to expedite your case and cross your fingers for an approval within 72 hours!

To those of you who were approved already, how long did it take for the work permit to arrive?

I got approved monday my EAD didn't ship out until today and I'm set to receive it on Monday

My new EAD card was ordered today! My last one expired on 3/12/15

Thanks for responding! I am so nervous because even though I was approved on Friday my job won't let me go back until I have the card in hand. =(

So anyone who has had success with expediting can you share some insight? I called last Tuesday & requested expedite, was told I would get a response if it was accepted or not by Friday. Friday came and nothing, I expired on Saturday 3/21. The only update I see now on Case Status is : On March 23, 2015, your request to have your case expedited, referral number WKD0-----------NSC, was completed? Should I call and ask for a response or what?

No after 5 days you should receive a letter telling you if they can expedite or not...

I got Approved last monday And i got my EAD today but not the approval letters yet! weird lol!
