3 Daca Renewal Questions

I'm filling out my renewal forms for DACA and have the following questions?

1- What is the "Alien Registration Number"? Is it the 9 Digit # found on the Employment Authorization Card that comes as USCIS # xxx-xxx-xxx?

2-In Form 821 D, Part 1 and Form I-765 Question 9, do we have to include the provided SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER provided by USCIS to work? Or do we have to leave that space blank?

3-In Form I-765, Question 11. What Date do we need to include from the previous Approval letter from USCIS?
a) Receipt Date
b) Notice Date
c) Valid From

1. YES - alien # and USCIS# are the same
2.YES - Include the SS# provided by the Social Security Administration (not uscis)
3.Valid from date(found on EAD or approval notice)
