my question is regarding form I-821D, question #1 under Part 4. Criminal, National Security, and Public Safety Information the question goes like this:

"1. Have you EVER been arrested for, charged with, or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, including incidents handled in juvenile court, in the United States? Do not include minor traffic violations unless they were alcohol-or drug-related."

So here's the thing. When I first applied for DACA, I answered yes to this question because I had gotten a ticket for open alcohol, but I never got arrested and never got a DUI at all. So I included a copy of my ticket and court document saying how I just had a ticket and I got fined and payed the fine, and the case was cleared. So I got approved for DACA. now it's time to renew and my BIG question is:

since I'm renewing, do I need to answer yes to this question again and send all the proof and evidence I sent before or do I just say no this time? Is there anyone here that has gone through this before and got approved? please help!

I don't think so. See, if you take a look at the instructions for form 821-d, under "Evidence for Renewal Requests Only", at the bottom of that section it says

"Note: If you are submitting a renewal request for consideration of DACA to USCIS, you do not need to re-submit documents you already submitted with your previous DACA requests".

That's why you hear on the news people say that only submit newly documentation if you have been arrested since the first time you were approved because if you were already approved under the cirumstances before, then you will be approved again because the rules haven't changed. Any one any other ideas?
