Answer: Yes, It's not a legislation. It's Executive Order/Action.
Any future President will be able to stop it.

Realistically, although they are capable of stopping it, they will not. They are in middle of a program that is benefiting the country. They will probably change a few requirements.

In a recent interview, Jeb Bush said he won't stop the program.

Yes they most definitely can, specially if Scott Walker or his ilk get elected. What I recommend you do next Septermber 1st thru November 8th, 2016 is to go out and volunteer for the Democratic nominee to make sure your work permit keeps getting renewed. Let me guess, you're thinking "Nah, i'll let others do the campaigning, while i chill out and party all night." Well once the Republicans take over the White House, you can say "Buh bye" to your work permit. Food for thought.

Anything is possible. Make sure you have plan B, like hoarding as much money as you can while having a working permit.

I think it is easier to stop renewing than to take away those who has already been renewed. I just hope that I can be renewed before the next presidential inaguration.

100% they can stop it! All they have to do is not issue a extension of DACA. I am praying a Democrat gets the White House, and I am willing to volunteer! Thing is I live in NY and my state always gives the dems our electoral vote. It's the Florida dreamers that can make a big difference. If the Dems get NY, CA & FL they would be hard to beat. I believe one of the reason Jeb Bush is the republican front runner, is due to his ties to Florida. I lived in the state under his terms, the man is no angel. Also he has gone from saying point blank he would extend DACA to giving vague answers on 2 different occasion.
