Well I'm still waiting for mine and got approved last Wednesday! I hope my EAD arrives soon because I need to show it to my employer asap :/

I printed out my case status to take it to my empoyer since i had showed them my other receipts from uscis and they let me come back to work i just need to bring them my new card once it arrives.
I hope everybodys gets aprove fast and also send them their cards fast.

I called 3 times yesterday and they expedited my case 3 times like you told me to do and 6 hours later it was aproved dont know if that did it but atleast they are both aproved.

Are people getting 2 year cards/deferred action or 3 year?

My brother got his approval on renewal and letter stated 3 years from date listed above. However on the same letter, the date field was only a range of 2 years. His EAD came in and had only 2 year range. any one else get this contradiction?

Is anyone getting my message? posted it few times but no response. Not sure if my account is visible to all or not. Thanks everyone!

you go by the date that is printed on your card

Thanks DreamNC. This is what i thought but i was surprised that the approval letter will have contradicting info. Says 3 years from date approved. but range is only 2 years. ooh well.

The 3 year EAD were part of the DACA expansion blocked by a federal jugde 1 day before taking effect
Apparently USCIS wrongly started granting 3 year EAD before this date and had to go back to 2 years.

Its estimated that 100.000 EAD were grated with 3 year periods but everyone waiting to be approved will now get 2 yrs

Anyone know if the EAD comes as regular mail or express mail. I got approved last Wednesday & they "mailed" my card this morning, when should I expect it. I should've been back to work by Thursday but I don't know if it'll get here before then
