Is the daca approval notice I got in the mail enough to show my employer

aww man never mind i just read the notice i'm going to have to take a 2 week leave.

Here's the thing I have them the daca receipts (before I got approved) and today my manager told me that corporation told her the receipts didn't prove anything. I showed her the USCIS site that my card was already mailed and my mom send my a pic of my DACA approval letter it today. My manager said maybe they MAY accept it but I'm not sure. I know im being impatient but I need this job!!

so I had this great job working for UPS. Soon as i got my work permit i started and worked my way up from a loader to a brown truck delivery driver. It was great until my permit expired(2 years) and i was terminated. I would have been set for life with excellent benefits and an income to even buy property here in Cali which is tough these days. Enough of the sob story here are my dates.

filed for renewal 12/8/14
received receipt notice 12/19/14
biometrics apt 1/6/15
ead expired 12/29 (UPS didn't notice until like 1/3/15)
and currently waiting for any news from them. it was my fault i filed late spare me the scolding haha should i attempt to get it expidited? i read they won't even consider it if you applied late for renewal. anyway I have a LIN number my packet was sent to the NSC center. any feedback is appreciated.

Isn't there anyway you can get your job back as soon as you get your EAD card? Have you talked to you managers about that?

You should have your ead very soon , don't stress yourself out like I did. I was put on a 30 day job suspension without pay and I still kept my head up and prayed for my approval and I got approved , I received my daca approval letter first and should get the ead by 2mm , if your status says card was mailed to me you can call uscis and get the tracking number. Keep a positive mind and relax its coming.

I hope it's not an April fools joke but my card just went to production. Case received 12/26 exp 4/25/15. What a relief. Good luck to everyone. See you in two years!!!!

ups is union based so i can go back but start as a loader again. it was a miracle that i got the driver position by a slim chance.. theres people there who have been loading for 10 years and haven't gotten a shot. i don't think i can do it again i will find something else most likely. they only give part time to start off and the pay is horrible as a loader.
