So, I'm helping my boyfriend/fiancee save/file for his initial request for DACA

But what I want to know is, to follow the 2012 Guidelines, Would I cover each year since 2007 to now (2015)? Or do I stop at 2012?

Another question I have is, I have school Photo ID's for EVERY school year from Elementary to his High School, do you think It'd be acceptable for his evidence package if I posted a Photo-copy of his school ID for every year that I need to present that he was here in?

For example, for his proof of residency could I have the first page his Photo-copied school ID and then carry on with the rest of the evidence, or would that be too messy?

And I don't have many receipts of bank accounts or cellphone records for him.

Does anyone know from their experience what I might be able to use for him?

Could I possibly use school report cards, etc?

If anyone could, could they possible give me a list of the documentation they used and were approved? (not personal numbers or anything) I just meant in general, did you send in a Homework assignment and it go unnoticed, or anything like that.

Please, if anyone could offer me help I would gratefully appreciate it. I'm trying to help him as much as I can, but anywhere I've asked questions, I get rude people telling me to "let him get carted back to Mexico where he belongs," or "get a new boyfriend" and "What part of illegal do you not understand?" or I get people that offer ABSOLUTELY no help at all. Or people putting him down for things they have NO chance at understanding because they're not in this situation.

It's absolutely heart breaking. He can't get jobs, he and I can't even get an apartment because of all this ridiculous crap. And there's only SO much I can do.

I believe its up 2012 OR until the time of the filing also remember the most important proof is at the time of the announcement.

For proof anything with a date and name works, some people used bank records for each day, others just got yearly statements.

I will get back to you late
