Received Texas Center 12/3/14
Biometrics taken 1/8/15
Old work permit expired: 3/12/15
Approved: Pending

I have been jobless for a month! It really sucks since i pay for my own school and things!

Its been 131 days since received and I'm still not approved or have heard anything. I have tried to call USCIS multiple times and all they tell me to do is wait!

Finally today this morning a nice lady from USCIS agreed to expedite my case because of financial hardship.

I hope to hear from them soon! Pray for me please!

Anyone else going through this too? Thank you for your time!

I wish you could have got the application expedited on earlier calls. For other members that did get their case expedited on their first request, I wonder if they just talked to the first rep or requested to speak to someone higher up. I pray that your case is finally approved soon.

I wish I would have done so too but I didn't know about this option until recently. Im just crossing my fingers to finally get my new work permit! Thank you TC
