Hi Nere,

What kind of questions did they ask at the interview?

Still waiting for my AP approval!
They only asked why I was crossing there and not Juarez since I live in El Paso, TX. Stamp said AOS but I think they just got confused.

Thanks!

He asked basic questions like name, DOB, where I was born and things like that but he asked my husband more personal questions like how and when we met and how he proposed and stuff like that.

go to www.uscis.gov

So here's an update everyone...

It's been exactly one month that my AP application was filed (humanitarian reason) and up until now, when I checked my case status online on the USCIS site, it said my case was received. I just checked now it has changed to "your document was mailed on ...."

Does anyone know what this means and/or have any of you seen this on your own case? Does this mean I'm approved?? Hopefully ...

I have not applied for AP but I think it is safe to assume you have been approved. However, wait until you receive the actual document to book a flight. Keep us updated on your story.

My wife submitted a doctor's letter along with a bitch certificate to show proof that the person named in the letter was indeed her mother.
