Ok. Were there any charges? Are you going to court? If the police dismissed you and the DA isn't pursuing charges then you wont face a court and the charges would be dropped.

USCIS might send you a request for evidence if they find that you were arrested. If charges were dropped, then you'd only have to send them info about your arrest along with something that says charges weren't pursued.

So if it gets dropped it should be fine? I haven't heard anything and it's almost 5 months. What about if it becomes a misneamenor

They got dropped! They gave me a paper to fill up to sponge it out. And I got them filled up and taken to the jail. Anything else I should do ? Would I be ok?
