My new card is being produced? - Page 2

I can only venture a guess here, but Once you get the email saying it has been approved, it should be mailed out. If you feel it is taking to long, you could always call them and see what is going on with that one

I did not get an email. I checked my EAD case number. At first, it had said it is in production, going to be shipped out, and then finally when I checked again, it said it had been approved. weird huh

I don't think it is too weird. I signed up for email updates, so I got emails. but from what I have read, most people are told their EAD is in production before their Differed Action is approved, but they are just a difference of a day or hours. But Congrats!

I got approved on the 7th. It said they had ordered my card for production, then I got another email on the 10th saying they had shipped it out. But I haven't gotten a tracking # like I did last time.

Yeah, I called about that. For some reason they don't give out the tracking number anymore. Still, I got mine about 4 days after they said they shipped it.

Ok cool... hopefully mine comes in either today or tomorrow.

Let us know if it arrives today in the mail, since it is sent out Priority

For sure, I should be getting my mail in about 3 hours so i'll let you guys know.

Ever since I got approved I have become so impatient. I first couldn't wait for my card to come in so I can go get my new ss card, now I am losing my mind waiting for my SS card so that I can go the DMV and get my license. I wasn't even this impatient when my case was pending and now that it's all within reach I am losing my wits.
