Anyone under 21 with lpr parent ?!!! Cspa!!

We do qualify for CSPA!!! I'm going to turn 21 in 4 months and was able to qualify for CSPA!

Of course you qualify for cspa.

Thing is: unless your patent recently got their lpr in a category that allows derivatives and you've got 245(i) you won't get permanent residency. (Or you're otherwise covered under 245 (i)).

If your parent neutralizes, your age the date they naturalize is the cspa age provided you had a pending f2a petition.

I'm in a complicated situation myself in regards to cspa. Namely priority date is back in 2013 while I was still 20,however the dol sat on the certification for almost 2 years now,and from what I can tell, USCIS does not count that time for purposes of cspa. Wouldn't be surprised if I'll need to go to federal court.
