Yes, you are eligible and can apply for a home loan wtih DACA. There is a lending office that specializes in home loans for DACA (DREAMers). For more information, check out https://www.facebook.com/DreamerFinancing and www.DreamerFinancing.com Home loans for DACA (Dreamers) with as little as 3.5% down payment. Market rates. Don't pay higher interest rates; no need. Can lend in 44 states. DACA does not keep you from applying for a home loan. Don't let anyone discourage you or tell you differently!

Yes sir!

Everyone on this list is correct. You can.

I just closed on my first home, single income, 1 buyer on the loan (myself) no co-signers. My DACA was approved 8/2012.

I am looking to buy a small home by myself as well. I only have DACA and no citizen sponsor/cosigner.

@UrFran: I wanted to know which state you bought the home, and what sort of institution you got the loan from? Also, whether you had history with the institution.

Personally, I just got my 2 yrs of tax returns, 2 yrs W2, I am looking for a small place so I have enough for a downpayment..etc. I live in Txas. My DACA expires in Sept, 2016 so I am also wondering if your loan term matched you DACA expiration.

There are a few lenders who will do mortgage loans if you meet the same qualification requirements as a citizen or permanent resident. Conventional or FHA financing: www.DreamerFinancing.com or www.Facebook.com/DreamerFinancing for more information.

Yes you can. I own one and I am under DACA. I got it from a mortgage company at 4.0 interest big banks like BOA, Chase, Wells Fargo will more than likely start the process, but when closing comes they won't do it.. Good Luck!

Yes, you can fly within the US even without DACA. You can use a non-expired international passport, a state ID card, or a State Drivers license. If you live in Texas, you can apply for a State ID/Drivers License once you get DACA.

Do you mind sharing the name of the mortgage company? You can share it on here or message me. I am looking to qualify for a loan, so I will reach out to them once I get the name from you. Thank you.

Yes, with DACA permit you are eligible for both conventional and FHA loans. Requirements vary by lender and some lenders will not accept DACA. Here are a few resources:

Thank you all for helping us share and spread the word. Even after the election, we are still able to help families with DACA buy a home.
