Unfortunately, Chase has their own opinions about DACA and Deferred Action.

Yes, you are eligible and can apply for a home loan with other lenders. For more information, check out https://www.facebook.com/DreamerFinancing and www.DreamerFinancing.com

Home loans for DACA (Dreamers) with as little as 3.5% down payment. Market rates. Don't pay higher interest rates; no need.

DACA does not keep you from applying for a home loan.

I am in Texas. I am looking to do the same. By a place on my own as I don't have a cosigner. I just have no idea where to go ask for a loan, or whether they will give me a loan given that my DACA expires Sept. 2016. Did they consier your DACA expiration when giving you the loan? Or do you have other applications/fillings that you have beyond DACA that made you appear more longer term in terms of being in the US?

What part of Texas? I would suggest a Credit Union. I got a mortgage loan through A+ Credit Union. I applied to 3 credit unions and A+ was the one who was the smoothest to deal with. Although, i did also get approved with University Credit Union and Amplify credit union. I was asked for a 3.5% down payment as a first home buyer.

I am from Houston. Did you have an account with the credit union that you applied to and/or got the loan from?
Did they look at when your DACA expires? Mine expires in 1.5 yrs and I will renew it, but still the current one has an expiration date that is very close.

Finally, I wanted to confirm whether you had any of these as I don't, but I know other who have had them have had a smoother transaction:
A US Citizen/Per Resident cosigner?
A ITIN/SSN number before June 2012?
