The information that is given in the FAFSA verifies key pieces of information that your employer (or my University) uses to calculate your "need" for scholarships or in your case tuition reimbursement.

So Malignon, I can legally apply for FAFSA though right? Even though I have information that I know I won't be qualified?

Like I mentioned before, although we do not qualify for federal money. Private businesses or institutions can still use the information to give us aid. Some states even give us aid through the FAFSA or through their own form like the Texas Application for State Aid (TAFSA).

#5 On the first page they clearly state that an EAD, SS #, and or DL will not be accepted.
I'm not quite sure what to make of that
