This site has helped me a lot with keeping me informed, anyways just wanted to let you guys know that i just got approved "On May 29, 2015, we approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization" . My renewal application was received March 30th, My bio was done April 22nd, My card expires July 17th 2015. Btw I send everything to the Nebraska office (NSC) and I live in NYC.

Next time you might wanna try the 150-120 days before your old work permit expires so you don't have to wait to long.. Save money and not have to worry! GOOD LUCK!

This site has helped me out a lot too, and like yourself my renewal was approved 5/29. I submitted my application March 4th, and the biometrics were done April 8th.

Did you all try to expedite you DACA or EAD when you called to speak with level 2 officials?

My renewal was just approved!!
Here are some info. I hope it helps!

EAD Expires: 7/28
Renewal Sent: 4/2 FedEx Overnight
Renewal Received: 4/8 Nebraska Center
Biometrics Appointment: 5/5
Renewal Approved: 6/3

I was super worried because I missed the 150 - 120 day window, but they pulled through!

My EAD expired May 12th, renewal is being processed at Texas service center. They received renewal Jan 23rd, did bios feb 25th.

UThe Congressman rep I've been working with said:

I checked with the Texas Service Center, and your file has been sent to a supervisor for adjudication. I am unable to give you a time frame when your file will be reviewed.


Has anyone had experience with a this or has any idea how long this may take?
I can't go to work until I'm approved.

filed for renewal 12/8/14
received receipt notice 12/19/14
biometrics apt 1/6/15
ead expired 12/29 (UPS didn't notice until like 1/3/15 then got dismissed lol)
finally got approval for DA and EAD 6/9/15

after about 6 months i finally got approved. i was past the time frame and renewed extremely late but after much waiting it finally went through!

filed for renewal 03/27/2015
received receipt notice 04/03/2015
biometrics apt 04/20/2015
ead expires 7/31
got approval for DA and EAD 06/12/2015

By the way i was in Nebraska, Thank god i didn't get VT.
