I'm daca applicant with employment card, recently AP approved 6/25/2015, I'm nervous and excited at the same time. That statement on the AP paper "not guarantee re-enter" makes me nervous. My background is clear never got into trouble or order removAl.
I'm planning leaving to Mexico 7/8/15
Has anyone cross back to US thru Tijuana or mAybe Mexicali ? My return will be thru land in one of those two entry. If u do any experience on returning to US?
I was thinking flying in to US sounds more complicated from I see in the posts.

Any advise.

Thank you

Congrats!
I plan to return by land as well. There's a thread of a girl that returned thru San Ysidro and had some questions asked but no other problems. I don't know how to add the link to the thread but if you search San Ysidro and you will find it. The name of the thread is Back to the US with AP.
I was approved June 19th, still waiting for my document. You received yours already? I ask because you said you read the statement on the AP document.

Hey guys, I went to Mexico last July. I stayed in Mexico for 30 days and returned by land, crossed the border through San Ysidro without any problems. You are sent to second inspection, they ask you a few questions and then you are free to go.

Hello if anyone can answer this. . .
I plan to apply for AP due to grandmas poor health condition but I am not exactly sure what the letter from the doctor should include in it. I want to make sure I have everything I need when I send the paperwork. If someone that has requested AP for similar reasons, please help. It would be very much appreciated

PS I have look all over the threads trying to get answers but haven't found it.

Thank you

Question for everyone,

When translating birth certificates and letters from Spanish to English. Are those letters need to be notarized? I am about to apply for AP and wanted to know that. I will be applying for humanitarian reasons and I have the letter from the doctor in Spanish as wells as birth certificates.

Thanks

Back from Mexico using AP!!!!!

I stayed one week in Mexico to get treatment, which fall under "humanitarian reasons".
Went to see a doctor and visit family after over 10 years not going was awesome.
I went thru Land/walking at the time of re-entry, office sent me to visas/travel permit line which I waited about 2 hours due to long line, they ask me why I went to see a doctor when there is good doctor here in the U.S, I answer: I wanted to get different opinions because doctors here wanted to do surgery. At the border some officers are not familiar with this AP document, the lady was nice to me, but she had to ask another officer about this travel document.
They finger printed and picture was taken, that's it they gave me AP document stamp and i94 stamp as well and entered back to the U.S!

Anyone have done Adjustment of Status/ AOS? any experience or process story?

Hi!

Congrats on going to Europe. I am planning to attend a pilgrimage in Polan next summer in 2016.

I also live in Houston and I am thinking about applying to AP.

Im not worry about applyng, spending the $360 and getting denied. But I am concern about getting approved, going, and coming back. I dont know how that will work out.

Seems like you did a few layovers while in Europe, was there any issues when you landed at those countries?

Im exited to think about the possibility of going but I am also nervous about risking everything not being able to enter back in the US.
