I have a super long timeline, but here goes (and this is all approximate):

April 2001 - my mother files an application for labor certification before 245(i) deadline
2002 - Entire family loses status due to attorney mistake, waiting for labor certification
2007 - labor certification approved, parents and sister receive green cards - I aged out in 2005 and have to be petitioned as an immediate relative
November 15th 2007 - I-130 is received - priority date is set
September 2012 - DACA approved
August 2014 - DACA renewed
August 2014 - I receive notice that my priority date has been reached
June 17th 2015 - I-485/I-765 received by USCIS
July 3rd or 4th 2015 - Biometrics notice received

Walking in for biometrics on July 8th.

Just return from Mexico using AP Travel Document granted from DACA.

Now planning on AOS "adjustment of status", I have my i130 approved already from January 2015, married to USC.

Can I AOS a soonest possible ? or need to wait after the parole date stamp on my i94? any one with a story experience the AOS thru DACA/AP to green card?

Hi Cris_32
Our lawyer is sumiting AOS next week, we are excited and anxious at the same time.
I'm US citizen, we have a approved i130 on February 2015 for wife. She enter without expection when she was 14.
She's has Daca, and just came back to the United States using advance parole couple weeks ago (July 13)
How was ur experience during AOS ? Or any update ur case ? U summit the affidavit support ? If u did u summit taxes and paystubs? Or any other documents with AOS that will recommend ?

Hello I'm still waiting for my interview guys I just spoke to a Uscis officer yesterday over the phone because my case has been ready for an interview since last June 9 but for some odd reason it wasn't at my local office yet! lucky he took care of it and he sai I should be receiving my interview before August 26...

And the papers I sumitted were my I-485/I-130 form g-325 also send our marriage certificate, copy of my ead copy of my I-94 , birth certificates for all three of us (we have a son) and for the affidavit support yes I did send one as well... My wife doesn't work she's the U.S. Citizen and a full time mommy although I work two jobs we still had to get co-sponsors which are her parents we had to summit theirs IDs and their taxes ...keep in mind that although we make enough income support our selves we still had to get co-sponsors if the U.S. Citizen doesn't work ... Some people summit pictures or add unnecessary evidence to their packet but all the evidence you will still have to show it at the interview ...I never got got RFE for my case ....

One thing I also notice in AOS forums is that sometimes if your already have an I-130 approved and then send your aos packet your revive a waiver in the mail which means you don't get schedule for an interview but you have to wait 6months for them to send you the green card

Thank you for the feedback. Good Luck on your interview

Me and wife just notice we had to summit the i693 which is the medical examination packet with the AOS packet, so we are hoping to summit the AOS by the end of next week with all the i485, i130, i94, birth certificates (our daughters too) taxes ect and affidavit support (we both work), we see how it goes. I been doing research they say the wait time is 4 to 6 months for a local interview, hoping is 4 months wait

I had my adjustment of status interview two days ago, I got no decision afterwards kinda bummed out just because of the fact that I've heard stories of people who actually get told your approved for the GC. All the IO told me was once I approve your case you will receive your GC within 3 weeks. But that's not really an answer unless he was trying to hint it out. Lol so I'm just in limbo ! I hate it. I've checked my status online and nothing yet.
