I was reading the news, it struck me how most people are actually not realizing trump is running for the republican party, not independently, and how the gop has mostly cheered up his remarks with out repercussion.

For those of you dealing with DACA renewal delays, submit your case to the ombudsman, they generally make sure the wheel starts running.

Original DACA Approval: October 23, 2013
DACA Renewal Case Accepted: June 11, 2015
Biometrics: July 8, 2015

Daca Renewal Case Accepted : 05/12/205

I have a question.
So I got three years for my DACA renewal, does that mean that I have to send it back to USCIS?

I Got APPROVED!!!!!
I just got approved on 7/21
I really didn't anticipate getting approved so soon, I had read the stories of ppl losing jobs and cases still pending after EAD expiration. And I was kinda freaking out I wasn't going to get approved in time and it definitely didn't help that at my job the HR lady sent an email and copied my supervisor in the email Letting me know my work authorization was about to expire.

But I just so happend to check my status today and it was approved 2 days ago!!!
Just by what I been reading, being approved in Under 2 months is pretty quick.

Btw it was sent to the Nebraska Center
Original EAD expires on: 9/8/2015

I sent application on :5/29
Received: 6/2
Biometrics: 6/29
Approved: 7/21

Application Received by USCIS: 01/14/2015
Biometrics done : 02/02/2015
EAD Expired: 04/29/2015

It's been over 6 months of waiting for a renewal. 194 days and counting...
Anyone else on the same boat?
